Chelonopsis moschata

Bit more about this one please Spritz? Is it a shrub or more of a Herbaceous Perennial...looks a little like a penstemon flower?

Sorry - I forgot to add comments. It's a plant, and yes, at first glance it does look like a Penstemon. It likes a shady spot. :-) I found it at the Heritage Plant Fair on Saturday, where, of course, I 'homed in' on new Geraniums. ;-)
