Stickitofee@lol. I am neither growing gold leaf nor laying golden eggs, lol. I would like to tell you what is it, but I will wait for more attempts and if nobody finds correct answer till tommorrow, I will answer that question.
P.S. It is tree, SL and this colour is not autumnal.

OK. Time to cut the knot. It is Ulmus wredei Golden elm (Sticki was very very close!). I have two in the garden, tested both sunny and damp positions and it seems it is quite ambivalent where it grows :))
