Which one, Steve? Do not worry, I like all your blogs, weather you dedicate or not :) The blog on comphrey pancakes? It was interesting, but to my knowledge, pomphrey leaves had all those ingredients and effects you mentioned, but they also can cause liver injury - and even in a small quantity. So far I was reluctant. Otherwise, this is not enough cream. I add much more!
