My wicked witch dianthus has the standard bloom to the right. These two were twisted and strange but I just loved them. Who knows what happened, but they were welcome. This one is growing slower than the other so maybe its difficulties resulted in this abnormality.

Me too. I have a fall bloomer called siberian blue that's more a lavender and very tall, 18 inches. Its been reseeding very successfully. I'll have to get some pics up so you can check it out.

What else?
See who else is growing Dianthus gratianopolitanus (Cheddar Pink).
See who else has plants in genus Dianthus.

Thanks. I love this one, and it overwinters so well. I've got them planted along a bank now. Can't wait to see how they do.
