I agree...I threw these seeds onto the ground very late this season...and this is the first flower...i don't expect there will be many more as the weather has turned so cold...:>)

Maybe this is their season to bloom, Motionot. I seeded them very early this year, e.g. in March and I have had first flowers just recently, in the second half of September.
