I love the way that you have to duck under the trunk of this as you walk down the passageway.
Taken today at Oxfords botanic gardens.

It probably doesn't grow everywhere, like here in California, though. This is the most widely grown Philodendron in the landscape here in CA. It can grow to 20ft.

Is it growing in a greenhouse or in front of a building?
This plant is very widely grown in front of buildings or as an informal hedge.

You should try one outside where you live. It's a very tough, hardy plant.

I guess they're not cheap; like here in CA.
Just cut a large cutting off the one above. lol!
It's very easy to start from cuttings.
