Hardy pink rose which blooms midsummer into the final frost around here. You never know with a rose surviving winter so best wishes to this one.

These never quite open all the way, at little strange, like pink brushes, but if it lives, I'll love it true enough. :-)

Im trying to save my two rugosas -wild edric- from austin roses uk
Idont know what happened but they suddenly got ''brown''. I took one in a pot and Im looking forward what will be happened with the other.

It sounds similar to the common blackspot fungus that gets rose foliage. Blackening and later yellowing of leaves and the foliage begins to drop. A little liquid soap in water with some baking soda can help clean it up if that is what is happening. Humidity and/or moisture on the leaves is the main cause. We are so dry here I seldom have a problem like this. Was it a wet year in Greece, like in so many places?

No it was dry summer, not any serious rain after May.
Im planing to move the plant in a pot at first and keep it there till to find new position in the garden.
