This is a new flower spike which just opened a few weeks ago. It should be flowering very soon. Photo taken Oct. 15, 2012.

Thanks! Yes, the buds are very bright. This Plumeria is already blooming. This flower spike grew very quickly in the very hot weather. If you can believe it...it's still 82ºF (28ºC) at mid-night. It was about 100ºF (38ºC) today and 82ºF (28ºC) is our normal high.

I have a lot of flower spikes emerging on many of my plumerias. Most should be flowering soon with all this hot weather.
