Noticed how the leaves are suddenly forming a carpet on the ground over the last couple of days Katarina. It's getting very cold at night too.

Oh, yes. I love those fogs!!! I used to walk in fields at this time. Not anymore, as too many idiots have guns, could mix me up with the wild boar.

Yes it's been foggy in the mornings because of the fluctuations of temperatures, and it's going to be icy at the weekend. I wondered if it is going to be a long drawn out winter Katarina because the hedgehogs hibernated early.
I used to go across the fields on my own katarina, and when I had my horse used to ride across them, but today it's such a risk and not only from people with guns either. Such a shame.......

So you are riding horses across the fields. That´s wonderfull feeling, wind in hair and lot of space before and after you :)))
I used to ride horses when I was teenager, but there was a big competition among riders who would get what horse and I always got that small horse, I do not know its English name, but you have it also in reservations, its kind of old fighting horse, small, strong one, with a black strip on the back and white fur. Very stubborn. But those trips across fields were wonderful, you have a nice hobby :))

I used to ride Katarina but not now. I sometimes went along the beaches too when we lived on the Isle of Wight. It was lovely to have the contact between horse and rider. I think it's a good sport to take up and it keeps you very fit. The only pony I could think of that you were mentioning Katarina, with those sort of colours, was the Dun and that has a creamy coat with a black mane and tail.

You are right, I checked it on internet and the correct English name is the Dun. But there are several colour variations, which proves also this website:

Mine looked more like cremello variety (very light coloured).

They are usually very good natured and are tough little ponies too. They make good driving ponies.

They are tough for sure, as he often threw me from the saddle :)

Oh Katarina......!!!

What? Did I say something impolite?

No it was the thought of you getting thrown from the saddle. It hurts...I remember it well.
