Lovely Shirley....you had any snow?

Thanks ladies ...
Dotty, no snow but torrential rain early yesterday, then hailstones at 9am! Drove to Fittleworth, North of Arundel, this morning and some of the fields are water-logged from the river Arun overflowing ... :o(

I love this one and it climbs, doesn't it! I bought 6 of these 2 years ago which were on offer from a magazine. My mothers maiden name was Boothby, so gave some to the family. Unfortunately I left mine outside last year and have only one left. So this year it will be well protected!

Shame you just have the one left Rose - but that's better than none at all! Is yours in the ground or a pot? I have planted these in a border and shall mulch them well at the base - they've got two chances ... :o)

Its in the border Shirley, but as I only have one left now, I'm going to pot it up and over winter it in the green house.

They still have buds on, madness for the time of year! I shall mulch them as they're in the border and just hope we have a mild Winter (please!) .......
