They are huge flower heads Kat ,it's a wonder the stems can hold them upright !

Klahanie@Yes, I do. All these heads are dried and in vase now in my room :) This is the reason, why I so much adore Hortensia :)))

I recently read that in germany they have problem with teenagers who smoke hortensia leaves as they have similar effect as marihuana (cannabis) smoking.
