Belated Merry Christmas to all. :>)
This Christmas plant is probably 25ft (7.6m) tall in my neighborhood here in San Diego, CA. Poinsettia is very commonly grown in the ground as a small tree. Photo taken Dec. 28, 2012.

I hope San Diego's summer is not as hot as last summer. Most days last summer it was too hot to work in the yard even in the very late evening.

Yes, I hope it's not quite as hot as last summer and fall!
However, we've been experiencing quite a bit of cold weather for San Diego the last couple of weeks. It is however suppose to warm up over the next couple of days to our normal high of about 70ºF (21ºC) for this time of year.
