Mine died a few years ago from a major bug attack. I never seem to be able to get one to live more than a year or two. It's the horrible water here or bugs! :>(

It's a real shame when they seem to grow like weeds here. I'm sure that every second garden has one!!

They remind me of a pink flowering Cornus florida :)

I will most likely try to grow another one this coming spring or summer. I'd like to buy a large one about 3ft (1m) or so tall.
