One of the prettiest blue conifers I have seen and is holding its color much better than many of my other conifers this winter.

It is one of the best looking blue Lawson Cypress I have seen and there are a number of nice blue varieties. It used to be hard to find but I have seen it listed in a number of catalogs the last couple of years.

Just a quick note, I've found Chamaecyparis lawsoniana is pretty easy to root from summer cuttings and I imagine winter cuttings too. I stuck some cuttings of one of these in with some daphnes and they were pretty well rooted in less than 8 weeks.

I love the color of this Blue Lawson Cypress, Rkwright. I will look for it in our GC when back on Vancouver Island.
It is in my favorites now.
