Four female pheasants came to feed. I could only get a picture of this one!

they are amazing they must be able to smell the bird feeders they always know where there is food going.

These four pheasants nest behind our big hedge Barbara and the other morning I saw them all cuddled up together there. Its a pity I never had my camera handy ! Mind you, by the time I had gone in to get it, they would have gone!

That is nice Rose - I bet she eats a fair bit too

There are four who come into the garden Paul and they get all the dropped seed from the table and feeders. We used to get proper food for them, but had to try and deter them in the end as they were wrecking the garden!

I can imagine - I know the damage pigeons do - and blackbirds too :D

We use to have a pair regularly each winter but not this year I don't know whats happened to them ,probably just gone on to pastures new or succumbed to old age :o(

She looks very well fed,Rose..at least they are eating the left over stuff..:o)
