I do not know. But if you say it is Dypsis lutescens....it probably is. :-)
There are so many plants here I do not know the names. Maybe you can help me to identify them.

It looks like D. lutescens. If you post plants you want me identify, just PM me. I'll check them out. I can almost bet most of the plants/trees which grow there, can grow here, also.
