Sticki there are two stems each with four flowers on and there is another stem coming along from the bulb. I only paid a £5 for it. Pretty good value for money don't you agree. Better than cut flowers. lol.

wow! Olive oil ~ you did really well, i had mine as a present ~ it had 2 stems, 3 flowers on each.

Glad to see you are getting so much value for money from the bulbs, Oliveoil! Whatever their colour they are brilliant for brightening up a room & so much better than cut flowers! I just had to add this to my favourites!

At the same time I think they last a long time in water as I had one fall of the table last year & the fall broke the stem so I put it in some water & it carried on for quite some time!

You can sometimes see them for sale as cut flowers in the supermarkets. I've seen them in the one where my wife works.

Yes, I've bought them as cut flowers as Christmas presents before. I really love the spidery ones, but this bold red is stunning too, and very Oliveoil!
