That's incredible! I have many hummingbirds in my yard...they do love the bird-of-paradise flowers. They love my flowering Eranthemum, also (which is in full bloom now).

They also love the Aloe vera which is plentiful around here.

Yes, most species bloom in winter, they are all in bloom here, also. There's a few that bloom in summer.

They must do it when I'm not looking. My bop isn't in a straight line of sight.
It would be great to have a photo like that.
