The bark of the Silver Birches was glistening today,Couldn't resist taking this photo.Could be a summer's day with the cloud trails against the blue sky.Even sat out with a cup of coffee!!(2 layers on,mind you!)

Wasn't it amazing? I so enjoyed it, even though I spent half my day cleaning and shopping. Mind you, I did get out and plant in the shade garden, and I also sat in a chair out there...there was real warmth in that sunshine today! Glad you enjoyed your garden too J!

Yes, today was the first day for a very long time that we too, sat outside in the sun, in a sheltered spot and thought it was just wonderful. I am so pleased that you were making the most of it too.
