Ashwood Strain - pure white and round "cup" form. Taken in my garden in March 2013.

I had a very nice one of these flower last year that I'd had for 3 or 4 years.Iwas hoping for a nice crop of seed,but nothing.then this year the plant disapeared.Yours is nice and bright.

@Bik - Thanks!
@Pcw - H.niger is one of the most difficult helleborus to grow (in the UK) and the variety that's difficult to establish in the garden. The best way is grow in a pot (not plant in the ground) in the shady spot.

Mine was in a pot its whole life.Put on a good show last year,then nothing.Mind you it fared better than the 4 others I got with it.
