This one looks like a rainbow variety. Beautiful! :>)
If you ever need to id some varieties. I have likely at least one hundreds photos of several Plumeria varieties posted on GoY. Most photo were taken here in San Diego.

Thank you Delonix. We cannot grow them on Vancouver Island. I have to admit that they are interesting trees . Very popular around here. The one in the picture just started to bloom and it looked like a rainbow.

Yes, I'm guessing it would be too cool and wet on Vancouver Island for Plumeria (even during summer). Plumeria trees need lots of very hot sun to grow well.
I have many Plumerias, too many! LOL! :>)
They are extremely popular trees/shrubs here in San Diego and Southern California. There's even a Plumeria Society, which I used to belong to which meets here in San Diego (Balboa Park).

I just noticed today my rainbow plumeria is starting to put out flower spikes. :>)
