Interesting trees & wow what a blue sky. Some parts of G Britain under snow, but sunny & very cold where I am in Surrey.

Thanks! We almost always have a blue sky...as we don't get much rain here in San Diego. We're also heading into a bit of a heatwave, maybe 90ºF (32ºC) or warmer by Wednesday through Saturday for inland San Diego.

Sandra:

Thanks!

You're most likely thinking of Dracaena marginata, which grows very widely outdoors here, also.

Dracaena draco can become a gigantic tree in about 3,000 years. LOL! :>)

Dracaena draco wouldn't make such a good houseplant because it has such high light level requirements.

There's so many species of Dracaena, and they all grow outside here and can grow pretty tall.

Here's a photo of a very tall old one.
