African tulip tree (Spathodea campanulata) seed pods

I cannot see any blooms on African Tulip trees any more only these newly formed pods.

I'm glad you posted a photo of the seed pods...I was going to post some pics of some African Tulip tree seed pods a few weeks back and decided not to. lol! :>)
Soon they will turn brown and woody, and then split to reveal all their winged-seeds, and they will blow in the wind, everywhere. :>)

Yes, they're very easy. I grow my small trees from cuttings off my tree, now.

I do that with rhododendrons with on and off success.

African Tulipe trees use the same method, from hardwood-cuttings.
