Baby Hummingbirds in Nest

The two hummingbird barely fit into the nest now. They're almost ready to leave the nest, as their long beaks are developing. Photo taken Mar. 19, 2013.

My neighbor wants the nest; however, I need to read if the hummingbird will come back to the same nest next year, first.

Seems a pity to remove it ...
would any other type of bird use it ?
or is the shape too unique ?

I just read hummingbirds don't use the same nest twice. According to the article they tend to nest close by the same nest, though.

There's lots of hummingbirds around. This is the first time one's nested in my yard (that I know of). :>)
