Well, when you go to Rare Plant Fairs, you find treasures, don't you! ;-)

I bought a white one recently too. Mine is E Howellii, it's not in flower yet, so I can't show you, but hopefully later...

Lovely plant.

I should have got another one...or two...!!! They were only charging £3.50 each.

I love these, they seem exotic to me and I never fail to be amazed that they grow in my garden!
This is a very pretty one.

Thanks - I have 'Pagoda' too, and that's very reliable.

I have pagoda! its lovely ~ probably under 4 inches of snow at the moment though!

Oh dear - lucky it's hardy, then! Poor you. I hate snow! :-((

I dont mind snow ~ when its pretty and not on the roads but now is not the time for snow!!! now it should be sunny!!

You never sympathised with me Barbara and I've had over a foot of snow where it hasn't drifted, still not gone. My lovely new massive pieris jap. pink delight has been flattened along with everything else:-(
Love this beauty Spritz, I think you should let me have it to make up for your callousness:-))
31 Mar, 2013
I would have bought one and sent it to you, but you keep saying you haven't any space left, Ba!!!!
It's April now, so maybe the snow will take the hint and vamoose. I do hope your Pieris recovers - it looks beautiful in your photo.

It's gradually appearing as the snow thaws a bit before freezing again:-)

You've been having a really cold time, haven't you. :-(

I haven't noticed any signs of mine yet :o( Hope it hasn't succumbed to the winter. It came through fine last year.
It is a pretty plant isn't it.

Mine is only just poking its way through the soil here in the South East.
5 Apr, 2013
hope for mine then in the NE, though pagoda is up and showing buds.
