well what can say the only time i see this stunning bird is in a shop !! or at the side of the road nice to see in your garden Val great picture xx :)))

we had a hen phezzy in our garden when it snowed, she's gone now which is a shame, I loved seeing her secretly walking around the feeders getting the dropped food.

Lucky you Val we haven't had any this year :o(

That's a great photo. We have some on the school grounds at the back. I watched a pair doing a courting dance last week. Didn't have the camera with me - isn't it always the way?

This is the first time we have seen a Hen, normally we see the male but not seen him yet.

Oh Wow, lucky you, nothing like this around here. I'm not moaning though as only patches of snow left:-)

we have not seen it since BA, OH cut one of the front lawns today, still the odd piles of snow but a very nice day up here. going to try and get all the begonias potted up tomorrow.
