This is another plant I wish I could grow well in inland San Diego. The dry 90ºF (32ºC) weather in the middle of winter will usually fry them.
They usually look very nice close to the coast in January.

Yes, I know Primroses like it cool and damp...that's why we can only grow them (along the coast) in the middle of winter.

I think next winter I'm going to try growing some in my front yard where it's more shaded and cool during winter...as it faces north. :>)
