Wow, gorgeous bells those! My hubby grows standard fuchsias Cinders and always does well with them, also standard lavenders. It's not so easy over wintering these tender fuchsias now with the harder winters we're having though.

Janey, yes overwintering could prove a problem, it will have to come indoors I'm afraid, but hopefully I will be able to take a few cuttings from it as well. I really fell in love with the coloured bells.

We've had ours fleeced in the greenhouse, but have lost a couple even so.....one which had a plaited stem....still, another try at it this year...:)).

I have never heard of a plant fair up here.

I saw it advertised in the local paper, but there are quite a few down here.
