I got friends here who grow bacon.....very fatty though but cook it long enough, it dissolves.

had nice belly pork on sunday in a thai style broth ~ very good!

Mouldy, with these too it all comes round to food sooner or later ; )

I had forgotten about that! Will pick some as soon as I get back home! Have been worrying about my triffids growing in the studio....will have to get them repotted and or out ASAP! But off again pretty soon...London marathon. Not sure what I'm feeling about that at the moment.
