It gets to about 6 feet tall.

I hope mine gets to grow like that , it,s in it,s first year and only has about 3 stems at the moment ,

Hi Pasuki it flowers over about a six week period, the seed heads that follow are really nice to, which is a bonus. Flowers June / July

hmmm.... how would it do in N.A.? is it a bulb or corm? It really is spectacular...would love to grow it.

Hi Lori it is hardy to half hardy, established clump will tolerate tempratures down to -10 degrees c. Grow from seed or division in spring, Best to buy it in the green as it can take 3 or 4 years to bring to flower from seed. There are different verities but Dierama pulcherrimum is the tallest. Needs room for it to show it's self of best.
