I love the color combo on this flower! It didn't flower at all last year for me....left it out all winter and it's full of flowers this year. (we had a very mild winter this year)

I first saw a pic of this plant from Hywel. I bought it as an offshoot from Portugal (e-bay). It didn't bloom at all last year but is loaded with blooms this year.

That's a beautiful photo! This is an extremely common landscape plant here in California. I especially like the variety called 'Santa Babara' which was developed here in California.

It's funny because I had many Billbergia growing in my front yard and I threw them all in the trash! :>/ (the snails love the live in them).

I bought this as three little offshoots.....they do multiply very fast. I've given loads of little plants to friends.

Yes, they sure multiply very quickly! They don't need much care either.
