Tulipa humilis 'Persian Pearl'

Pretty colour.

I really should try growing some Tulips, these are beauties. I tidied up the new front border after work yesterday and I'm pleased with how it's all growing but surprised at how dry the soil is now. Makes weeding difficult and planting impossible on my clay. I've usually dug round the borders by now but the late snow put paid to that.

Thanks cinders, they are really pretty. At this time of year I find as long as I look only at ground level, there is plenty of colour!

Most of my dwarf tulips have finished flowering, but still waiting for others to open up. Yes Karen I like them at this stage, they can get a bit raggy looking when they're almost finished.
My soil's the same Annella, very hard and grey looking.I'm going to put some soil inprover on , see if this makes any difference. It's those winds that we had last week thats done the damage
