After David's marathon he decided that a dunking in ice cold sea water would be good for his legs! This is after the dogs had a dunk too!

They love it! Built a shade for jazz out of sticks and towels, she found it too hot!
Streams and grouse moors are also a favourite!

He has thanks Mouldy. He's been running twice and is booked in for the Edinburgh marathon end of may!

edinburgh is wonderful, i can recommend a b and b if you like. and i think i read or someone told me on here that the art gallery in the middle of edinburgh has a good cafe?
edinburgh is really steep ~ going to be a tough marathon!

It IS!!! the bits i have been to are anyway, there is a park at the top end of edinburgh with a lovely view ~ thats really steep to get up too!
