Bought this one last year, no sign of it at all, sad because I liked the combination......

Oh no! I hope it stays with me, Dd.

Mine has come through ok...it's just peeping up above ground, nowhere near flowering. The foliage is strikingly golden.

That's what caught my eye, Karen. Nice to hear that yours is all right. Maybe Dd's plant will appear?

Hope so!

I've just split mine, now have four Eos and yes, the leaves are more or less yellow, but they are not so yellow as year advances..... ok they turn green. Not in my experience long flowerers either. Have I mentioned Totally Tangerine lol? El Wano about to flower soon, one of those from East of Eden which I bought last year from Malvern. I have a few geums about to shine. Of course Totally tangerine has had flowers for a while:-)))

Well, I shall enjoy it while it's that gorgeous colour, Ba. I've been given two anonymous Geums - they seem to have apricot-coloured small flowers. If I post a photo would you be able to ID them, do you think? (Pretty please?) My Princess Juliana is in flower, by the way.

I'll have a go Spritz, but I'm no expert and so many of the new ones are very similar to each other. Apparently geums are very promiscuous. Most of East of Edens are Rivale crosses. The ones you have been given could be unique:-)))

Nooo - more likely to be 'common'. lol.

You can buy them on line if you if you want one Hb, that's how I got mine :-)

Ba, I've just looked at the G. rivale images, and I'm sure my one is that. Told you it was 'common'! :-(

There's lots of different rivales Barbara .... yours may have a tiny cream spot on the underside of one of its petals .... see .... unique:-))

I think one of my many attempts at taking its photo might have turned out OK, so I might post it. I didn't see any little spots???
