Blimey, sunny all day yesterday. Hurrah!

All over now though....it's because I'm going away for the weekend..it's turning cold!!!

A neighbour & his missus usually go somewhere hot in Jan, but are considering waiting 'til March next yr.
Maybe they're on to something.

Who knows,....there's no real pattern to our weather, is there! My son and his g/f are off to benidorm for a week on Saturday and they've Ben comparing temperatures! Last week and the start of this wek, we had warmer temps here !

A team of Russian scientist have been trawling through historical weather records & records in general.
They're of the opinion that we're about 20yrs into a period of solar dormancy, some of which have lasted anywhere between 70 -300yrs!
The last one caused nearly 5 million deaths in Europe, through starvation, as crops failed, in the 1700's.
Now an international team is to double-check all the research.
Blimey, we thought it was global warming.
Turns out it might be the opposite.
Must grow more crops from now on! Lol.

Yes, I think pele have been far to ready to blame global warming for everything over the past 20 years.Weather patterns have regularly changed over the centuries and always will!
