What kind of flowers are these? they look strange growing from the trunk like this.

I don't know what kind of tree this is. I thought they looked cool growing from the trunk....had to stop and take a picture. ;o)

Lol.....I see them all over Corfu. It's just this one cought my eye because of the flowers growing from the trunk like that.

Could be a Cercis siliquastrum.
