The leaves turn yellow but if the leaves are removed when fully open new leaves follow half the size in the peach colour ~ leaf stripping should only be carried out every other season as it can shock the tree

I had no idea about leaf stripping, never heard of it, thanks Tubby, is the leaf stripping something that is done regularly to some trees?

I read up on it a few years ago, it reduces the size of leaves on Bonsai's, you have to be brave!!
