Is this one as easy to look after Hb?

Hb, are you sure this is C. Bill McKenzie? I had one for a few years and it had bright yellow lantern/bell shaped flowers which became silky seedheads later on. Google images of it to see what I'm on about! ... :o) Or just look at the right hand side of the screen at the adverts for it!

I hope the company supply with the real McCoy ... or should I say McKenzie! He's a fabulous Clematis and definitely worth having ... :o)

He's a member of the Tangutica group of Clems ... perhaps you could get one of those? I have recently planted 4 of them to cover much of the back fence ... just need to keep the 'S & S' off the new shoots!

He's a member of the Tangutica group of Clems ... perhaps you could find one of those more easily? I have recently planted four to cover some boring fencing, just need to keep the slugs/snails away from the new shoots.

Now the computer is playing up ... I'm not deliberately repeating myself ... the first comment didn't show up so I typed similar ... time for bed methinks!
