A Jacaranda tree and star jasmine blooming in my neighborhood. The star jasmine flowers are fading a bit. The star jasmines have been blooming since late March. Photo taken June 3, 2013.

Yes, we're pretty lucky here in San Diego. We can grow many tropical/subtropical trees in our mild subtropical climate.
