Oh mojito drink....:-) I know that one. Do you put any other ingredients then: mint, rum, powdered sugar, lime, and club soda. I like it "limey".
Can you grow lime trees in northern Greece? I grow Mayer lemon tree on the deck just for fun. Never produces any really good lemons. Only rants.

Be careful about Russian tarragon. In Slovakia it is one of the most frequent among airborn allergens.

Is Russian the same as ordinary tarragon? I have used that in Sauce Bearnaise (which I love with beef!)
