I bought this rose from the reduced section of B&Q a couple of years ago and it never flowered very well , the flowers 'balled' and went brown and dropped off. I had decided to dig it out this year ..and look at it now ! The threat must have worked .

Yes Cinders, I just wish it had a scent, according to the label 'it has a good scent' perhaps it will develop one in future years..
