What a beauty!

This is a beauty Cinders,... wish I knew what mine were called!

It is lovely, thanks everyone. I have been having a battle today with those brown chafer bugs. They make a bee line for my roses and I have killed 40/50 today. They eat the flowers, little devils.

Pleased you like it, its the shape I like to see in my roses, and yes a beautiful scent.

I like roses that are shaped like roses ought to be, and scent is an essential extra. How long have you had it and how big is it?

Oh I've had it about six/seven years, Its a climber, but I haven't let it go high as there is nothing for it to climb up there, and the soil is not too good there. I was always going to move it to another spot, but its still there.

it seems to be very happy where it is! could you get some sort of trellis-tripod-arch-something for it to climb?

Yes I think I shall have to as it is too well established to move it now.
