Is it because you're getting some warm weather? I noticed the weather has been relatively warm there (by your averages, anyway). Of course, it's not blasting hot, deadly dangerous, hell temps we've had here, lately. LOL! :>)

Delonix - I think it's because I kept it cold and dry last winter.
How did you overwinter yours DD?

I guess they like the cold and dry for good blooming.

Not totally sure Delonix, as this succulent thing is new to me! Seems happy enough though.

I know this succulent is very commonly grown as a landscape plant in most of California. It seems to grow well in most climates.
