Digitalis lutea and parviflora

meanie

By Meanie

Digitalis lutea and parviflora (Digitalis lutea (foxglove))

The cream flowers belong to D.lutea and the much taller plant behind is D.parviflora. D.parviflora is fully hardy and it is now forming a nice clump for me.
The large plant to the right is Salvia glutinosa.

I was about to comment on the wall too, a healthy clump of flowers.

The wall is next years project!

There is four large spikes on D.parviflora, plus another four smaller ones too. It is a genuinely perennial Digitalis.
