Yesterday I went to Vieja's Casino and Outlets in Alpine, they had many dozens of Feijaos planted everywhere. Alpine is in the foothills at around 2,200ft (671m) elevation, it gets pretty cold up there in winter and even snows in some years.

Milky how long dod you have to wait for this to flower? ours is about 6 ft and 2 years old now...

Dotty...Mine is about 5 feet but I have been cutting it back after flowering for last 2 years.....its 5 years old.....it faces north and is in a windy spot...lol
