What a lovely photo - well done. I never manage to get pictures of bees or butterflies! I usually get lots of peacocks on the Sedum Spectabile, but of course it's not out yet and I've only seen one so far this year.

Thank you both :O)
Melchi, the butterflies love the sedums, hope they are still around for when they are flowering. :O)

They usually are - I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Thank you so much Wildrose, it was a well behaved butterfly and allowed me to take several pictures of it. :O) obviously liked showing off its beautiful colours. :O)

Never seen so many Peacock butterflies as we have had this year. Counted 10 on a pink Buddlejia yesterday, three tortoiseshell, two whites and a Brimstone. Must have been a good day for butterflies.:O) Not seen any Red Admirals yet though on it.

Mouldy dreams of just one peacock gracing his wee garden. Lol.

Seen our first Red Admiral only one though, hoping for more soon. Lots of Tortoiseshell ones this week, not so many Peacocks. Lovely to see them all though.

Saw two Red Admirals, back in June, but they were too swift for me to photo, sadly. :-(
