And peacocks here too but no red admirals at all.

Thank you Pam the odd Peacock here too, but these fly around in formation 3 or 4 at a time - like you I'm glad I don't have cabbages :o)

I love to see them fluttering by and get as much pleasure from seeing them as all the other coloured ones

Thank you Wildrose I agree and lovely to see so many, the Peacocks and Red Admirals are around but there are fewer of them :o)

We've had lots of lovely butterflies in the garden this year, especially recently. All my Buddleja are very late flowering, due to the fact that OH insisted on cutting them back, but it was so late :o( But at least now, I've got some wonderful flowers to draw the Butterflies into the garden :o)))

My Buddleijas are late flowering too Tracey, so many butterflies around this year it's lovely isn't it :o)
