First time that I've grown it Delonix, although I understand that it's considered invasive in parts of the US.

I guess it's pretty widely grown in California. I think it's invasive in the south and eastern states. They receive much more rain than us in CA.

I don't think I've ever seen this one before. It has a very nice flower.
I just posted a photo of Hibiscus tiliaceaus. The flower is very similar; however, it changes from orange-red to yellow.
