A small Hosta with very upright growth habit and deep light variation on its twisting foliage.

It is a lovely one....but when/if I remove this flowering stem after flowering, I will lose all the new leaves at the top...I'm not sure what to do with it!

Think they all have a sort of leaf on the flower stem, I cut mine off as they are done and it doesn't do them any harm. This one is so living up to its name :O) What a display!

Yup, its a good one alright! And I know what you mean, some of them do that...but this one only has four old leaves at ground level...all the new growth is on this one stem. So when I remove it, there won't be much left.

Me too Kath. I like the really huge ones too, but they die back in a nasty soggy way!
