Calendula 'Art Shades'

Brilliant pic and colours, Angie - love this one!

thanks David, the colours in this pic were a pure fluke, don't ask my how it happened, maybe because i had the camera set on close up rather than auto, and the picture was taken at dusk. i really loved the way it came out even tho the flower is a much brighter yellow in reality i think this is an interesting effect and worth including!

OK, I have aso grown Art shades, ans have been very disapointed at the performance, Certanly Not got this colour.

this is one of many colours i have had from Art shades, including yellows oranges creams and peaches infact i like them so much i save the seed and re-grow them every year. sorry you have been disapointed with yours Doreen, maybe you just had a naff packet? give them another go, they are lovely. you can't beat them for continuous colour throughout the season. they really brighten up my beds.
